 ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per BEDroom per night is charged by the hotel on all stays at check-out.

 RATES VALIDITY

Rates are for F.I.T bookings only and not applicable for groups.

 NEW YEAR POLICY

During December 25th, - January 6th,  minimum stay restrictions can be applicable.

Gala Dinner on 31.12 is optional. Standard Gala Dinner will be served at Flow Kitchen restaurant in an indoor seating; inclusive of soft drinks, house wines, house beers, selected cocktails, coffee and tea. Half Board is not available on Christmas brunch and New Year's Eve dinner.

Half Board upgrade (when applicable) is only available for dinner on December 25th, and for lunch on December 31st. 

 MEAL POLICY

Half Board: Lunch OR Dinner at the Flow Kitchen restaurant. Beverages are not included.

Full Board: Lunch AND Dinner at the Flow Kitchen restaurant. Beverages are not included.

 Soft drink package and Alcoholic package are available for additional cost and upon request.

Soft drinks beverage package includes unlimited still water, soft drinks, chilled juices, tea & coffee during the meal.

Alcoholic beverage package includes 2 alcoholic beverages per guest of 21 years of age and above (house wine and bottled beer) and unlimited still water, soft drinks, chilled juices, tea & coffee during the meal.

*Beverage package is compulsory for each occupant of the room and is not subject to any promotional discount.

Half Board Happy Hours includes Lunch or Dinner and Four (4) complimentary house beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) per guest per day regardless of the age. Beverages will be served between 16:00-18:00PM daily and restricted to Flow Kitchen and Seagrill Bistro. Beverages includes house wines and bottled beers, canned juices, Fairmont water, soft drinks, tea and coffee.

Half Board Plus includes Lunch or Dinner with TWO (2) complimentary house beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) per guest per day. Beverages will be served during the meal of choice in the restaurants which are included in the Half Board Dine around. Beverages includes house wines and bottled beers, canned juices, Fairmont water, soft drinks, tea and coffee.

FB Plus (1 meal with 2 FOC drinks and 1 meal with unlimited soft drinks)

Dine around option based on a 3-course set menu is available at:

Sea Grill Bistro (lunch or dinner) daily;

Bā (dinner) Tuesdays - Saturdays for guests of 16 years of age and above;

Al Magheeb (dinner) Thursdays - Mondays from October to April;

Frevo Churrascaria Experience (dinner) Wednesdays - Sundays with Supplement of AED 100 Net person;

Little Miss India (dinner) Wednesdays - Sundays with Supplement of AED 100 Net person.

ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

Child or 3rd Adult to be accommodated on an extra bed in rooms with King bed configuration.

Only one extra bed can be placed in room. 

Extra bed must be requested at the time of the reservation.

Extra bed is not available in room categories with Queen/Queen bed configuration.

 EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: In the event that a guest will depart earlier than booked, the hotel will consider this a cancellation and will apply cancellations fees.

NAME CHANGES: Any name changes will be considered as a cancellation and a request for new booking and will be handled accordingly. I.e. the cancellation policy will be applicable and the new booking will be confirmed subject to space availability!
